A 13% government tax will be added. Minimum 5 nights reservation in low and high seasons; minimum 7 nights reservation for festive/holiday season. 50% deposit required to secure reservation; balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

High- and low-season reservations are refundable less $100 cancellation fee provided cancellation is received 60+ days prior to arrival. Festive/holiday season reservations are non-refundable. Rates are subject to change without notice; rates are quoted in U.S. dollars.
